Phone exports
Use 1080 x 1920 portrait or 1920 x 1080 landscape as a practical minimum for app screenshots that may appear in large recommendation surfaces.
Tablet exports
Google Play separates tablet uploads into 7-inch and 10-inch sections, but both use the same large-screen screenshot range and aspect-ratio rules.
Wear OS exports
Wear OS screenshots should be square, at least 384 x 384, and show only the app or watch face interface without device frames or extra backgrounds.
